Hi, I’m Joshua — husband, father of five, lifelong builder, and systems-obsessed ministry operator.

I started serving in church at 12 years old — running soundboards, stacking chairs, fixing what was broken before anyone asked. Since then, I’ve been a small business owner, an entrepreneur, and now serve as the Director of Operations at Cornerstone Community Church in Wildomar, CA — overseeing a full campus that includes a church, a K-12 school, two preschools, and over 90,000 square feet of facilities.

I’ve lived what most pastors and church admins face every week:

That’s why I created Church Fix It — a remote-first, operations-focused consulting service for churches who need more than advice — they need someone to help build the system and run the play.

I don’t just “understand church work.” I’ve been the one rebuilding processes, leading multi-campus teams, coordinating security plans, setting up software, and training staff — all while making sure the lights stayed on and Sunday was ready.

This isn’t corporate consulting with a church label.

This is hands-on, in-the-weeds, sleeves-rolled-up support for churches who want to do ministry without the chaos.
